Some appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Laser consultation appointments currently require a £10 deposit, and any applicable deposit will be confirmed when you book.
Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. Any preparation instructions or forms you need to complete will be sent to you before your visit.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you think you have left an item behind. We will check the treatment room and keep any found belongings safe for collection, but we cannot accept responsibility for lost or unattended items.
Payment is taken at the end of your appointment unless a deposit or full payment is required when booking. We accept a range of payment methods, and any deposits paid will be deducted from your final balance where applicable.

Our Spa Parties include a selection of relaxing beauty and wellness treatments in a fun, welcoming setting. Packages can be tailored to your group, and we'll discuss the available treatments, timings and any optional extras when you book.
